01Our story

We're Jamie and Sophie.

LaunchMade is the two of us, a husband and wife team based in Cramlington, Northumberland. Jamie has spent 25 years building websites for clients around the world. Sophie looks after the words, the updates and the changes our customers send in.

We set LaunchMade up to work directly with local businesses. There's no sales team and no account manager, so when you ring, one of us answers, and the person who quotes for your site is the person who builds it.

Most of the people we work with run a trade, a salon, a café or a club. They didn't start a business to learn about hosting, domains or plugins, and they shouldn't have to. They want a website that brings in enquiries and someone they trust to look after it. When a business outgrows a website, we build the apps and customer portals that come next.

Three steps, and you'll know who's doing each one.

    A proper chat

    We talk through your business and what the site needs to do, in person, by phone or on video. You'll get a straight, fixed quote and a launch date before we start.

    We design and build it

    Most sites are ready in about two weeks. We send you a preview link to click around, and we make your changes before anything goes live.

  3. 3

    Launch, then your choice

    Stay on the care plan and we'll host the site, keep it updated and make your changes for £39 a month. You can also take the files and host it yourself. If you'd like to make your own changes from day one, we can build it on Wix, Squarespace, WordPress or another content management system and show you how.
